During your visit, please make sure you abide by these rules and regulations for a hassle-free stay!

House Rules

Switch off all lights, air conditioners and geysers when not in use or when exiting the premises.
Please treat our employees with respect. We promise you of the same.
Please use the provided dustbins for all kinds of garbage. Do not litter or use the bathroom pot for this use.
Outside footwear is not permitted inside the villa.
Do not offer our staff any food items, drinks or products for your own safety.
In case of any damage, the required amount will be deducted from the deposit and if necessary, extra may be charged.

Please ensure children are under parental supervision when using the pool.
Diving in the pool is prohibited.
No smoking in the pool.
Do not carry any food items into the pool.
In case of any injuries, we are not to be held responsible. However, a basic first-aid kit will be provided. Please swim at your own risk as no lifeguard is available.

Kitchen timings:
- 8 AM to 3 PM
- 5 PM to 11.30 PM
Please inform us prior if anything is required pre or post kitchen timings. We will try our best to make an arrangement.
Please do not enter the kitchen when food is being prepared.
Any changes in the meal plan need to be informed at least 6-7 hours prior.
Food & Beverages ordered over the pre-decided plan are chargeable on actuals.
